Claivrain Group LLC ("we," "us") runs this website from our shop at 2311 NW 30th St, Oakland Park, FL 33311. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the booking form or contact us, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect only what you enter on the form: your name, address, cell phone number, the service you want (DOT Inspection, PM Service, Road Call, or Tire Change), your preferred date, and any vehicle or location details and message you add. Optional fields are vehicle tag, mileage, and type of payment. If you call, text, email, or message us on WhatsApp instead, we receive the contact details and message you send.

How we use it

We use your information only to arrange, confirm, and carry out the service you asked about, and to contact you about that booking. When a booking is submitted, the details are emailed to our shop inbox and sent as an SMS alert to our own shop phone number, (754) 736-6224, so we can respond. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Text messages

If you text us, we use your number only to reply about your service request. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text replies, and HELP for help. Message frequency depends on your booking — we only write when there is a booking or service request to handle. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and service records only as long as we need them to run the shop and keep per-truck service records for our fleet customers. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
